* In stock items are usually packed the same day they are ordered and sent the next morning via 2-3 day mail, so you won't have to wait long at all for your order to arrive.
The exception to this is if any Berenguer dolls have to be ordered from the warehouse when you order (called Pre-Ordering) in which case the items will be shipped when they arrive from the factory.
We ship every morning between Monday and Friday. The post office is closed on weekends and holidays, so if you place an order on Friday or later, your order will be sent out Monday morning.

* Shipping charges for large heavy packages are figured as close as possible in the on line calculator. Should an adjustment need to be made on shipping charges you will be notified when your package is ready to send.
* We use United State Postal Services, UPS, FedEx, and first class mail for shipping. The prices and delivery times will vary depending on location and weight of your package.
* International Shipping Warning! There is no way to track international packages unless you use Global Express or Airmail insured. Reborn Supplies will not be held responsible for any packages not insured or tracked that are sent internationally. We recommend paying the difference for Express Mail or Airmail insured for all International orders, and particularly those with high values, as any lost packages will not be refunded or replaced. If you do not choose Global Express or Airmail insured as your shipping preference, you will assume responsibility for the uninsured package.
*International: If you want to use a check as your payment option it must be a debit check card with the symbol Visa/Mastercard on it. Use it as you would a credit card in the check out. No International paper checks or money orders will be accepted as payment.
